Who is responsible

daniel-one.com is my personal website. I, Daniel Nilsson, am responsible for the personal data collected here. You can reach me at daniel@upstrategylab.com.

When you sign up for The Visibility Edge, I store your email address and, if you give it, your first name. I use them only to send the newsletter and the free playbooks. The list is managed in Kit, which stores the data on my behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, and I will delete your details if you ask.

Contact form and booking

When you send a message through the contact form, your name, email address and message are stored on this website and sent to me by email. I use them to reply to you and to share relevant services. If you book a call, the booking is handled in Calendly.

Analytics

With your consent, I use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and how people find the site. The data is aggregated and helps me write better content. If you do not consent, Google Analytics does not set cookies.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time on the Cookies page, linked at the bottom of every page.

Where the data is stored

The website runs on Vercel. Its database and files are stored in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. If you think I handle your data wrongly, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
